    What is included in my registration fee?

    ›Access to the plenary and scientific sessions during the WSC
    ›Access to the exhibition area to meet with the partners, sponsors and exhibitors of the WSC
    ›Official ceremonies and networking receptions of the WSC, including the Welcome Reception
    ›Lunch Monday through Thursday
    ›Morning and afternoon refreshment breaks with tea & coffee Monday through Thursday

    What else can I attend?

    ›The WSC Gala Dinner is an extra-ticketed event and will be available for purchase to registered delegates. Tickets will be made available for sale in due course and registered delegates will receive an e-mail when this becomes available.

    How can I receive my member rate?

    ›In order for ISI/Associations’ individual and organisational members to receive the reduced registration fee for members, you must have paid your membership fee for 2027. Please use the e-mail address that you use for your membership.
    ›For organisational members, please contact the ISI Membership Team to find out the number of employees who may register for the ISI & Association member fee.

    Payment must be received before these dates. If payment is not received, your rate will automatically change. Please see our Terms and Conditions for more detailed information. 
    *The retired member categories only apply to current ISI and ISI Association members. If you are not a member but retired, you will pay the Non-member registration fee that is applicable to your country of residence.
    **A full-time student must be enrolled at an educational institution for the academic school year(s) 2026-2027.
    ***An accompanying person includes access to: Opening Ceremony & Welcome Reception, ISI & ISI Associations' Awards Ceremony, Closing Ceremony, exhibition area access including refreshment breaks (tea/coffee; lunch is not included). Accompanying persons are not able to attend the scientific sessions.
